Welcome to tvastra.com ("Website"). Tvastra and/or its affiliates provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at www.tvastra.com, use Tvastra products or services, or use software provided by Tvastra in connection with any of the foregoing.

Tvastra provides the Services subject to the following conditions. This user agreement ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement") is between you ("you" or "End User" or "your" or "Buyer" or "Customer" or "Registered User") and Tvastra ("Company" or "us" or "We" or "Tvastra.com"). This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Tvastra.com is an internet based portal owned and operated by Tvastra; a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Gurgaon, Haryana, India. For the purpose of this User Agreement, wherever the context so requires "you", "your" shall mean any natural or legal person who is accessing the Website, its contents and using the services offered on or through the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on your 'Acceptance' of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this User Agreement. Upon "Acceptance", this User Agreement shall be effective and binding upon you along with any amendments made by Tvastra at its sole discretion and posted on the Website.

2. Sale Terms

Please Note:

• The brand has the right to cancel the order at any given point of time
• We will not accept return or replacement during sale periods unless specified

3. Right to Change

Tvastra reserves the sole right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions every time you purchase products from us or use our Website.

4. Privacy Policy

This privacy policy shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use and shall be read along with the Terms. Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is very important to us. We use your personal information only in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

4.1 Collection of Information

When you use our Website, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience.

4.2 Use of Information

We use personal information to provide the services you request. We do not sell, rent, trade or exchange any personally-identifying information of our Users without your consent.

5. User Responsibility and Registration

If you use the Website as Registered User, you agree that you are competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Tvastra reserves the right to terminate your membership if you are under the age of 18 years.

6. Billing and Pricing

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on Tvastra.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the international destination where the order has to be shipped to.

7. Order Cancellation by Customers

An end user may cancel an order within 4 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Tvastra.

Note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfer and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.

8. Payment

All payments made against the purchases/services on Tvastra.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase.

9. Delivery

Tvastra endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Tvastra fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Tvastra shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

10.1 Easy Domestic Returns and Exchanges

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us. If something isn't right, let us know within 48 hours of receipt of product.

We do not accept returns if:

• It has been damaged by you
• It's altered as per specs shared by you
• It has been worn
• Product is dispatched after 14 days of receiving shipment

Return Process:

1. Circle the item(s) you're returning on the invoice
2. Wait for "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us
3. Pack your return securely in original package
4. Courier the parcel back to our return address

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, Tvastra owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions.

12. Warranties & Liability

All information, content, materials, products and other services included on or otherwise made available to you by Tvastra are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tvastra (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, and employees) from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of this T&C.

14. Order Cancellation Due to Inventory Unavailability

At Tvastra, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. However, there may be instances where certain items become unavailable due to unexpected circumstances. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by inventory shortages.

14.1 Conditions for Order Cancellation:

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is found to be out of stock at processing time
• Unforeseen Inventory Shortages: Due to supplier shortages or unexpected demand spikes

15. Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of India. If any dispute arises between you and Tvastra regarding your use of the Website, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

16. Grievance

Any grievances you have by way of use of the website can be addressed to our Customer Care by email. We shall consider the same and provide a response within one month of the date of such complaint/grievance.
