Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the website or during promotional offers).
International Shipping
We ship internationally
International orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days and delivered within 15–25 business days, depending on customs and local courier services.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email and/or SMS.
Tvastra Indiais not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist in resolving delivery-related issues.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, logistical issues, or high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.).
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will communicate any changes proactively.
Delivery Attempts
For prepaid orders, courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the package is undelivered, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be chargeable.
