Tvastra India shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Tvastra Indiadoes not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Tvastra IndiaAny item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Tvastra Indiawithin 12 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 12 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.Tvastra Indiawill not provide the option of exchange for reasons like color mismatch and exchange for size. No money for the returned product will be refunded, however a credit note will be generated for the value of returned goods. Terms for return & exchange
At TvastraIndia, we ensure every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. As a policy, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/fabric, size issues, or personal preferences..
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 12 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, the customer care team at Tvatraindia would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.

International Orders
We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
