All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Tvastra India reserves the right to update product prices at any time. Prices at the time of checkout reflect the most current rate and are applicable for that transaction only.

Order Confirmation

Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated and emailed upon order confirmation. For GST invoices or physical copies, please write to teamtvastra@tvastraindia.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction with money deducted, refunds are typically processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment. If not received, kindly contact us with the transaction ID for support.
International Billing
All. Exchange rates and international bank charges may apply as per your issuing bank.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS
An end user may cancel an order within 4 hours after placing it.
No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring Unforeseen circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Tvastra India.
A canceled order will result in a credit to the user credit card/account.
Please note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfer and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.
